PRODUCT DETAILS:
Stillen's engineering / R&D team fabricated a number of prototypes with various tube lengths, diameters, and configurations before producing these headers. Extensive dyno and street testing was performed on each prototype. For longevity, the headers are finished with a hot ceramic coated 16 gauge steel. The 3/8" flanges are plasma cut for a precision match to the exhaust ports. Double-wall flex joints are used and additional clearance is provided for larger front stabilizer bars.
