MOTORWEB - GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

MotorWeb gift cards and unused portions of gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards must be redeemed through the MotorWeb site, http://www.sportcompactonly.com or the MotorWeb retail store, located at 4828 South 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85040, toward the purchase of products listed in MotorWeb's online catalog. Gift cards may not be redeemed at Sport Compact Only Nights events, Sport Compact Only pavilions at events conducted by other parties, or on any other Web site operated by MotorWeb, its affiliates, or any other person or entity.

Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed for international orders.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

MotorWeb is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Recipients should treat gift cards as they would cash. The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Any unused balance will remain in the gift card.

If the recipient's order exceeds the amount of his or her gift card, the recipient must pay for the balance with a credit card or other acceptable payment method.

Gift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

Gift cards and their use on the MotorWeb site are subject to MotorWeb's Terms of Use Agreement, Cancellation and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

MotorWeb reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed.

MotorWeb reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
