Our goal is to give our customers the highest level of service possible, and we recognize that it is essential
that our customers can shop knowing that their well-being is protected. We have a large staff of professionals
here at Sport Compact Only, and we're committed to delivering a happy and pleasant experience to each and every
one of our customers. We consider it a privilege to serve our customers, and we do not take lightly the
responsibility of fulfilling orders in an accurate, timely fashion.
Have confidence when you order from us. If you are not satisfied with any item you order from us, you may return
it within 30 days from the date of receipt for store credit or for a refund. We guarantee you will be satisfied
with the quality of the product you ordered, or your money back in full. If you receive your order, and you simply
change your mind about wanting the product, you may return it but you will not be refunded the shipping charges
and you will responsible for a 10% re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and
paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage. Shipping charges cannot be refunded
unless it is evidenced that the part(s) are defective or that we made an error in fulfillment of the order.
Placing an Order

International Orders
We routinely ship products all over the world, and can easily accommodate orders to be shipped outside the
United States.
Shipping prices are unique for each customer. Please contact us for a shipping quote by emailing
customerservice@sportcompactonly.com.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Please always feel free to check with us for information regarding an order you've placed. The easiest way to
do so is to either by emailing customerservice@sportcompactonly.com
or calling us at 1-800-622-9541. Orders are invoiced by name, so please provide your full name when contacting us.
Shortly after you place an order, your order is assigned an invoice number. You can contact us at any time to
get your invoice number, which can be used to look up or reference your order.
Items that are in stock normally take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Orders that are not in stock are, on average,
delivered 2 to 4 weeks from the time of order.
Return/Exchange Policy and Authorization
Please contact us should you choose to return or exchange merchandise. This will prevent confusion and will
allow us to make arrangements for a pick-up of the merchandise to be returned.
Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as
to avoid shipping damage. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be
refunded in full.
Please be sure you truly want something before you order it. If an order has been shipped, a 10% re-stocking
fee will be assessed on cancellations, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get the products back
to us in good condition.
Sport Compact Only packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage
may occasionally occur in transit. All shipments are fully insured. It is important that the parts be thoroughly
inspected upon receipt for shipping damage. If damage is observed, either note damages in detail on the
paperwork when signing for it, or simply refuse it due to damage. In the case of a shipment that is signed for
as damaged or refused due to damage, Sport Compact Only will file a claim with the shipping company and will
either ship a new product at no extra charge or refund the customer in full, depending on the customer's
preference. If the package is signed for as being in good condition, then the customer takes full responsibility
for the product and is releasing Sport Compact Only of liability for damage to the product. Every customer is
protected against receiving damaged merchandise since every single shipment we send out is fully insured.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that the part(s) are defective, if we made an error
in fulfillment of the order, or if the package was received in damaged condition by the customer.
Privacy Policy
Any information obtained from our customers in the process of fulfilling orders will not be shared with any
other parties whatsoever.
Important Notice
When receiving your order, be certain that you got exactly what you ordered. Remember that if you use, paint,
or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you will take over full liability for the parts. We recommend
professional installation of automotive aftermarket parts by entities that have experience installing
aftermarket products. We have a number of technicians on our staff who are always more than happy to help with
any installation questions, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Finding Products for Your Vehicle
We catalog our items in two different ways on our website: by type of car and by type of part. This provides
our customers easy access to the products we have available. To search for products by the type of car you have,
use the filter on the left hand side of any page to choose your vehicle. To search for products by the type of product,
click on the general category it falls in from the category tabs at the top of any page on our website.
We guarantee that any transaction you place with our company is safe and secure. Our online shopping function
is powered by Authorize.net and secured by Verisign. We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and
well-being.
Shipping Information
Prices on our website, in our catalogs, and in our magazine ads do not include shipping and handling charges.
To get shipping prices on particular products, you can either: (1) place the desired items in your online
shopping cart and check the shipping price calculated at our electronic check-out, or (2) contact us by calling
1-800-622-9541 or emailing us at customerservice@sportcompactonly.com.
Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the destination delivery location.
All shipping prices include full insurance. Should your shipment be damaged or lost, we will assume liability
for the package and will replace and lost or damaged parts as quickly as possible and at no charge to you.

Sport Compact Only distributes aftermarket parts that are tailored for specific vehicles. Nevertheless, parts
in the automotive aftermarket are not necessarily of OEM quality for every car, and by purchasing parts from
Sport Compact Only, the customer acknowledges this fact about automotive aftermarket parts.
If for any reason an order is not paid in full by the time the customer has received the order, then they will
be responsible for any applicable collection charges. If a customer account is assigned to collections, the
collections cost alone will be 50% of the amount due, and the customer will be liable for that cost.
